Self Defense

In addition to our Tai Chi and Kung Fu classes, Wulin Institute offers ongoing self-defense training for those interested purely in application and the physical conditioning that goes along with it.  These classes focus on fighting technique, partner activities, bag and pad training, power development, and body conditioning, in addition to training joint locks, throws, and some limited ring fighting.  Conditioning and calisthenics exercises are often included as part of class time as well.  These classes meet Thursdays at 6:00pm and Saturdays at 12:30pm.
